Tracy's passion for the youth led her to start Ladies First in 2014. Her motto is "Dream BIG!" and she uses her platform to inform, inspire and empower young ladies to do the same.

Diamond joined the Board in 2018 and has been energetically motivated ever since. Providing both legal and cultural input, her future with the organization is bright.
