We Are LADIES FIRST, Ltd. is a Non-Profit group based in Staten Island, New York. We have embarked on a mission to inform, inspire, and empower young ladies in the community to achieve excellence. We intend to achieve this goal by providing them with mentorship from a panel of professional and successful women. 

Via monthly panel discussions in a relaxed atmosphere and several annual community events, LADIES FIRST presents an opportunity for young ladies to receive feedback, advice, and guidance from women who have walked a mile in their shoes and who have achieved success against all odds. Through the sharing of our own experiences, testimonies, and breakthroughs, we intend to impact the lives of the young ladies in ways that will set them on paths of greatness. Our group is a safe haven for girls to come and be heard, to get motivated, and to evolve. We ask for your support in this endeavor, and we thank you in advance for your contribution.
